After providing financing for this project, we acquired this partially completed development in 2016.
The strategy was to create a masterpiece where people want to be many modifications were made to the original design and use that provide greater value for tenants and stakeholders.
In October 2016 we moved our corporate offices to Intrepid Landing. This legacy asset has greatly enhanced America’s Cup Harbor in Point Loma and has generated stabilized annual returns of more than 10%.
